We offer customization on most products, including wallets, keychains, pen cases, and glasses covers. You can personalize them with names, initials, dates, or short messages.

3. How do I submit my personalization details?

During checkout, you’ll find a text box to enter your custom message. You can also email us immediately after your order with any specific instructions.

4. How long does it take to process and ship an order?

• Customized orders: 5–7 business days processing

• Non-customized orders: 2–3 business days processing

6. How can I track my order?

7. Can I change my personalization after placing the order?

Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. If production hasn’t started, we’ll do our best to update it.

8. What kind of messages or characters can I use?

You can include names, initials, short phrases, and most standard symbols (like hearts or stars). If you have a special request, feel free to email us before ordering.

9. Can I return or exchange my order?

• Customized products: Not eligible for return or exchange (unless defective or incorrect).

• Non-customized products: Eligible for return within 14 days. Buyer pays return shipping.

We’re truly sorry! Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll resolve it quickly.
