✅ Returns & Exchanges — Standard (Non-Customized) Products

We accept returns and exchanges for all non-customized items within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

🔄 Conditions:

• Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in sellable condition

• Return request must be made within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days

• Please contact us before sending your item back. We’ll provide the return address and instructions.

• We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return

🚫 No Returns or Exchanges — Customized & Personalized Orders

Because of the custom nature of personalized items (including names, initials, messages, or any special customization), we do not accept returns or exchanges on these products — unless they arrive damaged or with an error on our part.

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Custom Orders:

If your personalized order is defective, damaged, or incorrectly engraved, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll be happy to resolve it promptly.
